Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited (CBG) is pleased to announce the inauguration of a new Board of Directors for the Bank. In a brief ceremony, the Minister for Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, charged the new Board to uphold integrity, safeguard public funds and restore public confidence in state-backed banking institutions.

The newly appointed Board Chairman, Mr. Ernest Mawuli Agbesi, expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to serve and pledged that the board would act with diligence and patriotism.

The other Board Members are Dr. Naomi Worlali Kwetey, Madam Irene Ackuaku, Mr. David Adom, Mr. Michael Kwasi Anyamesem, Mr. Stephen Kporzih, Dr. Sa-ad Iddrisu, Madam Immaculate Kawe Kanlisi and Mr. John Alexander Ackon.
