Individuals and SMEs (Sole Proprietors) with a CBG account can access the new RIB.

 

4. Can I use my old Internet Banking details to log in?

No, you need to re-register your details to access new Internet banking.

 

5. How do I sign up for the new RIB?

• If you already use the CBG Mobile App, activate internet banking through the app and log in using the same credentials. (Menu >>My account Info >>Activate Internet Banking)

• If you don’t have the app, visit https://ibanking.cbg.com.gh/retail/ to register.

 

6. Do I need different login details for the CBG Mobile App and Retail Internet Banking?

No, you will use the same credentials for both platforms. However, you must activate the Internet banking service on the Mobile App before logging in to RIB and vice versa.

 

7. What do I need to get started?
