CBG Donates Hospital Equipment to Breman SDA Hospital

In line with its commitment to help in the fight against COVID-19 in Ghana, the Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) has donated hospital equipment including hospital beds, trolleys, monitor, fridge, Xray viewers amongst others to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church (SDA) hospital at Breman, in the Ashanti Region.

Director of Retail and Business Banking at CBG, Emmanuel Nikoi, said the donation forms part of the Bank’s commitment to support selected institutions, including hospitals, during the COVID-19 period. “We are passionate and happy to assist Breman hospital. We believe these items, will not only be fulfilling our mandate to stand with customers but also ensure some health needs of the people in the Breman area are met”.   

Also speaking at the brief handing over ceremony, the Ashanti Regional Manager of CBG, Eric Kwarteng, added that “Breman Hospital has been a great CBG customer and we decided to help them with these medical items to serve the people of Breman.” Mr. Kwarteng reiterated that the bank would continue to provide a seamless banking experience to its customers and stakeholders.                                                                                                                                                                            The Medical Director of the hospital, Dr Anthony Eric Eshun, together with his team received the items and commended the Bank for the kind gesture. He said, “On behalf of the Board and Management of the hospital, we want to say thank you to CBG for bringing us these items.
